Registered Nurse - Telehealth

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse (Telehealth/SUD).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic, text-based, and video-based patient engagement and monitoring for substance use disorder treatment
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary care teams and facilitate medication refills and referrals
• Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of residency
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of specialized nursing experience in outpatient substance use disorder treatment
• Embrace a harm reduction philosophical approach to care
• Experience in office-based nursing preferred
