Job Summary
To support patients in their recovery journeys, the full-time Registered Nurse - Telehealth (SUD) will provide medication-assisted recovery for substance use disorder through compassionate telehealth engagement, working remotely within specific states and maintaining a Monday-Friday schedule from 1pm to 9pm EST.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver telephonic, text-based, and video-based patient engagement and monitoring, ensuring successful treatment initiation and ongoing support
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to coordinate treatment plans and manage patient referrals and appointments
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of residency
- Minimum of 2 years of specialized nursing experience in outpatient substance use disorder treatment
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- Embrace a harm reduction philosophical approach to care
- Experience in office-based nursing preferred
