Registered Nurse - Telehealth (SUD)

Job Summary

To support patients in their recovery journeys, the full-time Registered Nurse - Telehealth (SUD) will provide medication-assisted recovery for substance use disorder through compassionate telehealth engagement, working remotely within specific states and maintaining a Monday-Friday schedule from 1pm to 9pm EST.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver telephonic, text-based, and video-based patient engagement and monitoring, ensuring successful treatment initiation and ongoing support
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to coordinate treatment plans and manage patient referrals and appointments
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of residency
• Minimum of 2 years of specialized nursing experience in outpatient substance use disorder treatment
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Embrace a harm reduction philosophical approach to care
• Experience in office-based nursing preferred
