Registered Nurse Telemedicine

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telemedicine RN - Full-Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to communicate patient lab results and assist with clinical questions
• Provide medication administration support and coordinate care plans while ensuring optimal health outcomes
• Document patient care interactions and collaborate with healthcare providers for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered 50 state Registered Nursing licensure or ability to obtain
• Associate degree in Nursing (A.D.N) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) preferred
• At least 5+ years of clinical experience in telemedicine, acute care, or case management
• Experience in training and development, quality assurance, and operations
• Above average proficiency in telecommunication technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems
