Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Injury Triage Registered Nurse for a remote Occupational Health triage call center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of incoming telephone calls and document each call accurately
  • Provide assessments of symptoms using proprietary triage algorithms while ensuring HIPAA compliance
  • Monitor and track call center productivity metrics and maintain personal schedule adherence
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Valid RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification
  • Ability to handle a high volume of consecutive calls in a call center environment
  • Strong technological skills with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM
  • Ability to work every other weekend and major U.S. holiday rotations
  • Access to a private space at home for patient privacy and high-speed internet
