Registered Nurse - Telephonic Triage
Job Summary
Working full-time during overnight shifts, the Registered Nurse - Telephonic Triage will manage a high volume of incoming calls in a remote call center environment, providing injury assessments and following proprietary algorithms to guide triage while ensuring compliance with HIPAA policies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and document a rapid flow of incoming telephone calls from clients
- Conduct accurate assessments of symptoms using Medcor's Triage Algorithms
- Monitor individual and call center productivity metrics and adhere to personal schedules
Required qualifications
- Valid RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification
- Ability to handle a high volume of consecutive calls
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM and strong technological skills
- Availability to work every other weekend and major U.S. holidays
- Private workspace at home with high-speed internet access
