Registered Nurse - Triage

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Triage Registered Nurse for a full-time evening shift position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a rapid flow of incoming telephone calls from customers in a call center environment
• Document each call efficiently and accurately while following triage algorithms
• Provide superior customer service and complete assessments of symptoms and concerns

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification
• Ability to handle a high volume of consecutive calls
• Strong technological skills with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM
• Ability to work every other weekend and major U.S. holiday rotation
• Access to a private space in the home and high-speed internet
