Registered Nurse Triage

Job Summary

To extend care beyond regular clinic hours, the full-time Remote Call Center Triage Registered Nurse will address patients' medical, social, and psychological needs telephonically while ensuring clear documentation and scheduling appointments as necessary.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional service to patients while managing calls and documentation
• Schedule appointments and arrange transportation for clinic visits as needed
• Check and complete CareReqs, ensuring all tasks within the role's scope are fulfilled

Required qualifications

• Active, non-probationary state Registered Nurse license
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prior remote work experience with proficiency in PC skills and navigating systems
• Demonstrated reliability and a high level of conscientiousness in a remote work environment
• Motivation to complete Continuing Education and licensure requirements independently
