Registered Nurse Triage Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Triage Clinical Guide (Registered Nurse) for the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic clinical advice and triage to members, directing them to appropriate care
• Coordinate care by connecting members with necessary healthcare services
• Support patients through telehealth visits and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Compact RN license or willingness to obtain additional state licenses
• Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience
• Prior clinical triage experience in relevant healthcare settings
• Experience with telehealth services
• Able to quickly master electronic medical records and remote communication tools
