Registered Nurse Triage Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Triage Team Lead to support and develop a team of advocates in a remote call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and develop a team of Triage advocates through mentoring and quality assurance audits
• Provide live support for call processing and assist with technical concerns and attendance management
• Conduct team meetings and assist with performance coaching and annual appraisals

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license in at least one U.S. state at time of hire
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Minimum of one-year experience in a call center environment
• Direct experience as a Triage Nurse to provide training and support
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Medcor proprietary software
