Registered Nurse Utilization Management Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Utilization Management RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of care management review processes consistent with industry standards
• Manage care management reviews according to established criteria and clinical guidelines
• Facilitate collaboration among medical management team members to enhance healthcare outcomes for members

Required Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license or multi-state Registered Nurse license through the enhanced Nurse License Compact (eNCL)
• Five years of healthcare clinical experience
• Two years of Health Plan Utilization Management experience
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Preferred: Experience in medical management for government programs and diverse populations
