Registered Nurse Utilization Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse Utilization Manager (RNUM) to work remotely, reviewing cases and managing healthcare costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Review patient cases and manage healthcare costs for dependents of Active Duty and eligible retirees
• Educate patients on appropriate care options
• Work remotely Monday through Friday, maintaining an 8-hour workday

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Nursing Degree
• At least one active state nurse license, preferably compact state licensure
• A minimum of 2 years' experience as an RNUM, ideally in a remote or hybrid setting
• Current certification in either Certified Professional Utilization Review (CPUR) or Certified Case Manager (CCM)
• Access to secure, high-speed internet
