Registered Nurse Utilization Review

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Utilization Review Nurse, BPO Supervisor to oversee and manage the nurse off-shore team operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily workforce operations, including staffing, queue assignments, and compliance with regulatory timelines
• Drive clinical auditing success and monitor nurse productivity using company tools
• Support onboarding and training of clinicians and partner with Talent Acquisition for hiring initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of utilization review experience at a managed care plan or provider organization
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of hire
• 2+ years of off-shore managing vendor experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Associate Degree and/or Bachelor's of Nursing from an accredited nursing school
