Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse, Virtual Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides virtual nursing care using remote monitoring technology and coordinates care planning with other disciplines
• Evaluates and monitors patient progress, communicates changes in condition, and documents care in the electronic health record
• Coaches and mentors novice nurses while promoting interdisciplinary collaboration and a positive team environment

Required Qualifications

• Diploma Program or Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience required
• Licensed Registered Nurse upon hire or Multi-State License required
• Basic Life Support certification required upon hire
• Advanced knowledge of electronic health record systems and related software
