Registered Nurse - Virtual Care

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse, Virtual Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides virtual nursing care using remote monitoring technology and coordinates care planning
• Coaches and mentors novice nurses while evaluating patient conditions and modifying care plans as necessary
• Documents patient information in electronic health records and promotes interdisciplinary collaboration for patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience required
• Licensed Registered Nurse or Multi-State License upon hire required
• Basic Life Support certification upon hire required
• Advanced knowledge of electronic health records and related software
