Registered Pharmacist Clinical Director

Job Summary

To support organizational growth and enhance patient outcomes, the full-time remote Registered Pharmacist Clinical Director will design and develop formulary and utilization management strategies, oversee fiscal management of the department, and provide clinical leadership across governance forums.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop long-term enterprise formulary and utilization management strategy
• Accountable for fiscal management, including forecasting and budget development
• Provide clinical leadership in governance forums and develop clinical strategies aligned with client needs and industry trends

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or PharmD degree required
• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the state of residence
• 8+ years of experience in PBM, managed care, or clinical pharmacy leadership required
• 5+ years of experience leading multiple teams or functions with clinical and business impact required
• Participation in compliance program objectives is expected
