Registered Pharmacist Manager
Job Summary
To support specialty pharmacy services, the full-time remote Registered Pharmacist Manager will provide clinical expertise, manage client support processes, and lead a team while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in specialty pharmacy, translating complex concepts into actionable recommendations for clients
- Oversee specialty client support processes and lead resolution of escalations related to access, reimbursement, and formulary issues
- Manage specialty pharmacy client initiatives from ideation through implementation, ensuring alignment with corporate and regulatory standards
Required qualifications
- PharmD degree or Bachelor's degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy required
- Current, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the state of residence
- 4+ years of experience as a licensed Pharmacist required
- 3+ years of experience in leading and mentoring staff required
- Experience with specialty pharmacy drugs and best practices related to REMS and Limited Distribution Products required
