Job Summary
Leading the growth of rail and transit teams, the full-time remote Rail & Transit Technical Director will provide strategic and technical leadership for multidisciplinary teams, manage major project pursuits, and ensure successful delivery of complex rail systems projects.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop rail and transit teams focused on key project pursuits and provide technical direction
- Build and maintain relationships with transit agencies, rail operators, and industry partners
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline
- Registered Professional Engineer
- 10+ years of related work experience
- 5+ years of experience in a managerial position
- Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary rail and transit systems design and delivery teams
