Job Summary

As a Registered Retirement Representative, the full-time remote position will manage incoming telephone inquiries regarding retirement plans, process financial transactions, and assist participants with account navigation while ensuring compliance with FINRA/SEC guidelines.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer incoming inquiries related to retirement plans, account information, and financial transactions
  • Process financial transactions and provide explanations of past returns in relation to the economic environment
  • Assist participants in navigating automated systems and websites for executing transactions and loans
Required qualifications
  • Associate degree in business or a related field preferred
  • One to two years of directly related experience required if no degree is held
  • At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in financial services
  • FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses required
  • FINRA fingerprinting required
