Job Summary
As a Registered Retirement Representative, the full-time remote position will manage incoming telephone inquiries regarding retirement plans, process financial transactions, and assist participants with account navigation while ensuring compliance with FINRA/SEC guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming inquiries related to retirement plans, account information, and financial transactions
- Process financial transactions and provide explanations of past returns in relation to the economic environment
- Assist participants in navigating automated systems and websites for executing transactions and loans
Required qualifications
- Associate degree in business or a related field preferred
- One to two years of directly related experience required if no degree is held
- At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in financial services
- FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses required
- FINRA fingerprinting required
