Job Summary
As a full-time remote Registered Retirement Representative, the professional will manage incoming telephone inquiries regarding retirement plans, process financial transactions, and assist participants with account navigation while ensuring compliance with FINRA/SEC guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming inquiries related to account information, contributions, withdrawals, and product details
- Process financial transactions and provide disbursement quotes as requested by callers
- Assist participants in navigating automated systems and attend training sessions as needed
Required qualifications
- Associate degree in business or a related field preferred, or 1-2 years of directly related experience without a degree
- 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a financial services environment
- FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses required
- FINRA fingerprinting required
- Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection is mandatory for remote work
