Job Summary

As a full-time remote Registered Retirement Representative, the professional will manage incoming telephone inquiries regarding retirement plans, process financial transactions, and assist participants with account navigation while ensuring compliance with FINRA/SEC guidelines.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer incoming inquiries related to account information, contributions, withdrawals, and product details
  • Process financial transactions and provide disbursement quotes as requested by callers
  • Assist participants in navigating automated systems and attend training sessions as needed
Required qualifications
  • Associate degree in business or a related field preferred, or 1-2 years of directly related experience without a degree
  • 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a financial services environment
  • FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses required
  • FINRA fingerprinting required
  • Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection is mandatory for remote work
