Registered Retirement Representative
Job Summary
As a full-time Registered Retirement Representative working remotely, the professional will manage incoming telephone inquiries regarding retirement plans, process financial transactions, and assist participants with account navigation and financial transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls related to account information, contributions, withdrawals, and product inquiries
- Process financial transactions and explain past returns in accordance with FINRA/SEC guidelines
- Assist participants with navigating automated systems and attend meetings and training sessions
Required qualifications
- Associate degree in business or related field preferred, or 1-2 years of directly related experience without a degree
- 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a financial service-related field
- FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses required
- FINRA fingerprinting required
- Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection
