Registered Service Representative

Job Summary

Providing exceptional service in a remote environment, the full-time Registered Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound client calls, assist with retirement product inquiries, and facilitate transactions while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client calls for requests, inquiries, and transaction support while adhering to service level expectations
• Research and resolve client issues using available resources and document all interactions thoroughly
• Monitor client accounts and provide timely, professional solutions to enhance customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience, preferably in a financial or brokerage environment
• Broad knowledge of brokerage accounts and investments
• Proficiency in using multiple systems to service client requests
• Ability to follow standard procedures and written instructions effectively
• PC proficiency, including MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
