Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day registrar operations, including domain lifecycle management and compliance
• Serve as the point of contact with ICANN and other registry partners
• Build and manage internal systems and workflows to support registrar operations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in registrar operations or a related role within the domain industry
• Deep understanding of ICANN policies and domain lifecycle processes
• Proven ability to manage operational systems and compliance requirements
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to build and innovate
