Job Summary
Detail-oriented and customer-focused, the full-time Registrar Specialist will manage the maintenance and coordination of student records within various software platforms, ensuring data accuracy and compliance while providing front-line support to students, faculty, and staff in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, offering guidance and support through multiple software systems
- Interpret academic policies and procedures, providing knowledgeable assistance on student records workflows
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues and improve workflow efficiency
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree and one year of office administration experience, or equivalent education and experience
- Proficiency in using various software systems to process and respond to customer requests
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and standard office policies and procedures
- Ability to analyze request patterns for potential process improvements
