Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Registration Coordinator will manage the intake process for new patients and ensure accurate data entry in the practice management information system while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Complete the intake process for new patients, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with patient-related inquiries
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to compliance regulations
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year of insurance benefit verification experience in a medical office or hospital setting preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
