Registration & Financial Resolution Specialist

Job Summary

To support patient services, the full-time remote Registration & Financial Resolution Specialist will manage communications with patients and insurance companies, resolve patient accounts, and ensure accurate data entry and insurance verification while working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM PST.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact, gathering patient information and maintaining confidentiality
• Verify insurance eligibility and educate patients on billing and payment options
• Resolve patient accounts through immediate payments, payment plans, or identifying disputes

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; an associate degree or 2+ years in patient scheduling or healthcare billing is preferred
• Over one year of experience in a customer service or client relations role
• Experience in an office or hospital environment is preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Familiarity with HCA/Parallon IT systems is preferred
