Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registration Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform system searches for patients and issue new medical record numbers as needed
• Collect and verify demographic and financial information from patients in a timely manner
• Verify patient insurance coverage and determine eligibility using appropriate technology

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in patient registration or a related healthcare administrative role preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is beneficial
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and registration software
• Proficiency in using office software applications, such as word processing and spreadsheets
