Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and assist the workflow of the registration team to meet daily and weekly goals
  • Manually enter patient demographics into Allscripts and verify patient insurance information
  • Perform audits and provide training support to ensure quality standards are met
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 4+ years of experience in healthcare billing, insurance claims processing, or payment management
  • Strong understanding of medical billing codes (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS)
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with insurance policies and healthcare billing regulations
