Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and assist the workflow of the registration team to meet daily and weekly goals
- Manually enter patient demographics into Allscripts and verify patient insurance information
- Perform audits and provide training support to ensure quality standards are met
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 4+ years of experience in healthcare billing, insurance claims processing, or payment management
- Strong understanding of medical billing codes (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS)
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with insurance policies and healthcare billing regulations
