Job Summary
Supporting compliance with federal, state, and municipal regulatory requirements, the full-time Regulatory Affairs Analyst will collect, analyze, and submit data for regulatory filings, manage licensing activities, and assist with legal operations in a dynamic office environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports, tariffs, and subsidy program data while ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Research and manage municipal and state licensing requirements, including application tracking and renewals
- Provide support for litigation processes, including subpoena management and document coordination
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- One to three years of experience in regulatory compliance, legal operations, or a related support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 for data tracking and reporting
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
