Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Regulatory Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert on state and federal policy for provider disputes and IDR matters
• Prepare concise briefings based on case needs and manage the administrative lifecycle of disputes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and mentor team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience
• 3+ years of legal or regulatory experience, preferably in health plan/managed care
• 2+ years of experience with state and federal political and legislative processes
• Experience with legislative tracking software and Google Workspace
• 2+ years of experience with insurance claims, appeals, or regulatory complaints
