Job Summary

A company is looking for an Experienced Regulatory Affairs Professional in Advertising & Promotion as Associate Director/Director of Regulatory Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate cross-functionally to create all advertising and promotional materials
• Manage and maintain the creation of all US labeling, advertising, and promotional materials
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US regulations regarding drug marketing and advertising requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience
• 4+ years of demonstrated regulatory affairs experience within US regulatory advertising and promotion
• Proven experience with product launch preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a Scientific discipline or equivalent
