Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Regulatory Affairs - Business Excellence & Execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Regulatory Leadership Team meetings and department-wide offsites, including agenda development and action tracking
• Support communication and alignment between the Sr. VP of Regulatory Affairs and regulatory subfunctions
• Maintain visibility into key regulatory activities and develop dashboards to track progress and risks

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, with a focus on business operations and project management in the life sciences industry
• Strong understanding of Regulatory Science and its interaction with regulatory subfunctions
• Experience in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
• Proven ability to coordinate stakeholders and execute complex initiatives
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
