Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Regulatory Affairs - Advertising & Promotion.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic regulatory input and serve as a subject matter expert on FDA regulations for promotional materials
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Regulatory Affairs professionals while fostering a culture of accountability
• Oversee the delivery of regulatory services, ensuring quality and driving process improvements across workflows

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, law, or related field preferred
• 12+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs Advertising & Promotion within pharma or biotech
• Demonstrated expertise in FDA promotional regulations and MLR review processes
• Proven experience in people leadership, including team building and performance management
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
