Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Affairs Manager to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while supporting business strategies in the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret regulations and assess their impact on the business, providing timely updates and strategic guidance
  • Manage federal registrations for new products and ensure compliance with EPA and FDA regulations
  • Represent the company in industry forums and monitor regulatory developments, advising on implications for products and strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Scientific or Engineering Degree with a desirable business or legal qualification
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in chemical regulation, particularly with AIM Act, SNAP, TSCA, or PFAS
  • Proven track record in managing regulatory affairs and compliance
  • Ability to identify strategic needs and align with business partners
  • Proficient in English with effective communication skills
