Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Manager to lead US regulatory affairs and support global compliance for innovative agricultural products.

Key Responsibilities

• Navigate regulatory complexity by applying a risk-based approach to USDA regulations governing fungal soil inoculants
• Build strong relationships with federal and state-level regulators to facilitate approvals
• Manage permitting, registration, and compliance processes for USDA and state-level requirements

Qualifications & Desired Skills

• 5+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in agriculture, biotechnology, or agronomy
• Proven track record of successful interactions with the USDA and state Departments of Agriculture
• Ability to operate in complex, ambiguous situations and translate regulatory policy into business strategies
• Strong understanding of agricultural science, R&D processes, and product safety testing
• Experience with regulatory aspects of international shipping logistics
