Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Specialist to support U.S. federal postmarket submissions and marketing regulation compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation, review, and filing of postmarket reporting submissions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with U.S. federal regulatory obligations
• Manage regulatory timelines and assess potential regulatory risks related to marketing and operations

Required Qualifications

• Experience in U.S. Regulatory Affairs, preferably in tobacco or regulated industries
• Knowledge of FDA and FTC regulations and promotional compliance standards
• Familiarity with global marketing requirements for tobacco products
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree with 4-7+ years of relevant experience or a Master's/Law degree with at least 3 years of experience
