Regulatory Affairs Specialist
Job Summary
To ensure compliance with US regulations and internal policies for Holistic Health products, the contract Regulatory Affairs Specialist will lead cross-functional teams in product composition, labeling, and claims substantiation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure full regulatory compliance regarding product composition, labeling, and communications
- Collaborate with various departments to analyze health claims and ingredient qualifications
- Develop and implement regulatory strategies to support innovation projects and product development
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Regulatory Affairs, Life Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
- 5+ years of experience in the food and/or dietary supplements regulatory environment
- Expertise in regulatory compliance, including DSHEA, ingredient qualification, and labeling
- Ability to manage complex projects and prioritize actions effectively
