Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist II to join their Compliance Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and participate in the development of statutory, contractual, and regulatory filings and reporting
  • Organize and implement new requirements while maintaining policies and procedures
  • Assist with administrative functions of the Regulatory Affairs Unit and perform other assigned duties
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Public Policy, Health Care Planning, or a related field
  • Minimum of three years of government relations or compliance experience (a Master's degree may substitute for two years of experience)
  • Knowledge of state and federal legislative and regulatory processes
  • Experience with research, analysis, and reporting methods
  • Familiarity with Medi-Cal, Medicare Advantage, or D-SNP programs and related regulations
