Regulatory Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Analyst - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track new regulatory or payor-specific requirements and support implementation across the West region
• Conduct internal audits and assist in developing corrective action plans for compliance gaps
• Provide ongoing support and manage relationships with non-owned IPA groups and oversee NCQA accreditations

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 5+ years of experience in managed care
• 1+ years of experience in standardizing processes, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions
• 1+ years of experience in stakeholder collaboration and maintaining adherence to performance metrics
• 1+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, and documentation skills for compliance monitoring
