A company is looking for a Regulatory Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze laws, regulations, and policies impacting health and dental insurance plans
• Prepare and submit regulatory filings and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and provide guidance on compliance issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of experience in the health insurance industry
• At least two years of experience in regulatory compliance and contract interpretation preferred
• Ability to research and interpret complex insurance laws and regulations
• Strong audit skills for regulatory feedback and compliance evaluation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat
