A company is looking for a Regulatory Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze laws, regulations, and policies affecting health and dental insurance plans
• Prepare and submit regulatory filings and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with internal departments to educate and implement compliance with contracts and regulations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of experience in the health insurance industry, including regulatory filings
• At least two years of experience in regulatory compliance and contract drafting preferred
• Ability to independently research and interpret complex insurance laws and contracts
• Strong audit skills and ability to provide regulatory feedback
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat
