Job Summary
To support the Colorado Public Utilities Commission's initiatives, the full-time Regulatory Analyst will track proceedings, review and draft testimony, and engage stakeholders while working in a hybrid environment with at least one day in the office each week.
Key responsibilities
- Track new and ongoing PUC proceedings and participate in case teams
- Review and summarize testimony for leadership, identifying key issues and making recommendations
- Conduct stakeholder engagement to build coalitions and participate in regulatory discussions
Required qualifications
- 1 to 4 years of experience in public utilities regulation or transportation electrification
- Knowledge of the utility sector and experience with quantitative analysis of energy issues
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a team
