Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory and Compliance Director to enhance its regulatory expertise and support compliance in digital asset and stablecoin payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with regulators and industry associations to influence policy and educate on compliance matters
• Produce regulatory briefs and conduct legislative research to support the company's strategic priorities
• Serve as a regulatory subject matter expert for enterprise accounts and support market expansion initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in public policy, regulatory affairs, or financial services compliance
• Deep knowledge of AML/CTF frameworks and global digital asset regulation
• Experience engaging directly with regulators and policymakers
• Proven ability to translate complex regulatory developments into practical guidance
• Experience within a fintech, digital asset, or regtech company
