Job Summary
To support a growing legal team, the full-time Principal Counsel, Regulatory and Privacy will manage the global privacy program, oversee regulatory compliance, and handle various legal matters while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and run the global privacy program, ensuring compliance with frameworks such as CCPA/CPRA and GDPR
- Oversee FTC and consumer protection compliance, including health claims and advertising review
- Take on additional legal tasks outside core areas, including commercial contracts and litigation support
Required qualifications
- JD and active bar membership in at least one US state
- 8 to 12 years of relevant in-house legal experience
- Solid knowledge of US privacy laws, GDPR, and FTC regulations
- Versatile generalist with the ability to handle diverse legal matters
- Self-starter comfortable in a dynamic environment with minimal oversight
