Regulatory Associate Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Counsel, Regulatory to join its legal team in a generalist supporting capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and writing for attorneys and clinical/operations teams
• Review agreements and advise on federal and state healthcare regulations
• Manage licensing and regulatory filings related to multi-state physician group operations

Required Qualifications

• JD Degree and barred in at least one state, with the ability to register as in-house counsel in New York
• 3+ years of relevant post-JD work experience preferred
• Experience in healthcare law and regulations
• Ability to work in a high-growth, ambiguous environment
• Mission-driven to support innovative care delivery models for underserved populations
