Regulatory Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Attorney with strong healthcare delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise hospital teams on regulatory and compliance matters impacting care delivery
• Manage and draft/review routine contracts, including physician and vendor agreements
• Support transactional work and due diligence efforts during deals and partnerships

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school and active bar membership
• Minimum 3-5+ years of regulatory experience in healthcare settings
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations such as FDA and HIPAA
• Experience in hospital operations and managing low-level contracts
• Familiarity with due diligence in healthcare transactions is preferred
