A company is looking for a Regulatory Attorney with E-commerce Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on regulatory and compliance issues related to consumer protection, content regulation, antitrust, and intellectual property
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and trust & safety teams to navigate complex regulatory matters
• Engage with regulators and manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience advising on regulatory and compliance issues in a technology or platform-based environment
• Experience working with e-commerce or related industries
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable engaging with regulatory bodies
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
