Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Counsel to join their legal team in a remote, part-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and policies
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex regulatory issues
• Provide legal guidance on compliance matters affecting hospital operations

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
• Active Bar license in California, Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, Georgia, Nevada, or Hawaii
• 3-5+ years of regulatory experience in healthcare settings
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and Medicare/Medicaid compliance
• Experience in hospital operations and clinical environments preferred
