Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Attorney to provide strategic legal advice regarding healthcare regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage legal oversight for regulatory change management and assess the impact of legislation on organizational strategy
• Oversee organizational licensing activities and advise on compliance with state and federal requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of legal experience in a law firm and/or in-house setting
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations, including HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid
• Juris Doctorate Degree (JD) and admission to the bar in at least one state
• Experience with pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) and related laws
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and performance-driven culture
