Regulatory Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support operational performance, the full-time salaried Regulatory Business Analyst will analyze data, provide operational guidance for regulatory reporting, and collaborate with various departments in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze regulations affecting all lines of business within the organization
- Interpret regulatory filing requirements and develop data extracts to meet reporting needs
- Support internal and external audits by compiling relevant information and presenting findings to leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Five years of experience managing and analyzing data in a managed care company
- Three years of experience with claims, enrollment, appeals, and grievances data for regulatory submissions
- Epic Certification or the ability to obtain it within 60 days of hire
- Three years of experience in data analytics, including software, modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing
