Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Complaints Associate to join their Regulatory team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and resolve regulatory complaints
  • Support the identification of escalated issues using company systems and processes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with state insurance regulators
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in health insurance customer service, claims, appeals, or regulatory teams
  • 2+ years of experience working with regulators
  • Experience resolving health insurance claims and appeals (preferred)
  • Experience with individual market health insurance plans (preferred)
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal business partners (preferred)
