Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regulatory Complaints Associate to join their Regulatory team.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and resolve regulatory complaints
- Support the identification of escalated issues using company systems and processes
- Develop and maintain relationships with state insurance regulators
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in health insurance customer service, claims, appeals, or regulatory teams
- 2+ years of experience working with regulators
- Experience resolving health insurance claims and appeals (preferred)
- Experience with individual market health insurance plans (preferred)
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal business partners (preferred)
